General Policies


1. Check-In

  • Check-in time is at 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out time is at 12:00 PM.

If you arrive before early, we’d be happy to store your luggage until your condo is ready.

2. Security Deposit

A $250 USD security deposit will be required upon check-in as a guarantee during your stay. This deposit is refundable according to the property's terms and conditions. Excessive cleaning including upholstery, breakage, soiling or damage to the interior or exterior caused by the renter may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations without penalty must be completed before the start of the check-in day. For example:

  • If check-in is on January 10 and the policy allows cancellations up to 3 days prior, the cancellation must be submitted before 11:59 p.m. on January 6.
  • Exceptions may be granted with prior hotel approval.
  • Except during the Holiday season (December 22 to January 2), reservations can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date. 

4. Early Departure or No-Show

Early departures or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the total booking. Exceptions may be granted with prior hotel approval.

5. Reservation Modifications

Non-refundable bookings do not allow changes to dates or guest names. Extending a reservation will maintain the original policies and restrictions. Exceptions may be granted with prior hotel approval.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not issued for late check-ins or early check-outs. For flexible bookings eligible for partial or full refunds due to cancellations, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the request and confirmation.

7. Important Information

  • Stay extensions require a new booking.
  • All guests must be correctly registered during the reservation process. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-in.
  • Accommodation for additional guests is not guaranteed.
  • Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at check-in.
  • The price does not include additional charges for hotel services (e.g., minibar, breakfast, spa) or applicable taxes and surcharges. These will be determined at check-out.

8. Non-Refundable Costs

By making a reservation, you accept that transaction fees and service charges are non-refundable. These fees will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation, as they cover services processed during the booking confirmation.



Rental Policies


1. Allocation

Similar but not identical condos may be assigned at the last moment based on unforeseen circumstances. 

2. Occupancy

The maximum occupancy is up to 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests are limited to 1 per condo, only 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms basis. 

3. Extra Bed

Additional bed is an extra $15.00 USD per day, subject to availability and prior reservation.

4. Smoking policy

No smoking inside the condominiums is allowed, or else a penalty fee will be charged.

5. Respectful Stays

Our properties are adult and family-oriented vacation destinations. We require you to act accordingly and enjoy your stay.

7. Quiet hours

Noise is not allowed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

8. Registration

Upon arrival, it is mandatory for the reservation holder to be present and provide a valid official ID. Payments made by third parties are not accepted


Force Majeure Policy



1. Natural Disasters

credit voucher will be issued for unused nights, valid for 1 calendar year. This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to availability and restrictions.

2. Early Departures

Guests departing early will not incur penalties and will receive a credit voucher for unused nights, valid for 1 year.

3. Rescheduling

The original rate will be honored for travel completed within 1 year of the original booking date. Rescheduling must be completed within 30 days of the natural disaster and will be subject to seasonal restrictions.

4. Policy Changes

This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
